WHY SHOULD I GO TO FAMILY THERAPY?

You may consider family therapy if you:

  • feel depressed or anxious around events that are going on in your family

  • have concerns about your children, their behavioral issues or academic struggles

  • have distant or strained relationship with your family members

  • or some of your family members suffer from addiction or alcohol/drug use

  • have conflict or lack of communication in your family

  • feel disconnected with your teen or adult child

  • going through separation or divorce and concerned about your children

  • have problems with in-laws

  • have problems communicating with your siblings or your parents
