There are many reasons to go to therapy. Everyone can benefit from reflecting on their own lives, improve coping skills, or get a fresh perspective. Maybe you are just feeling stuck and unfulfilled and you need a different way of looking at your life.

WHY SHOULD I GO TO THERAPY?

You may consider going to therapy if you:

  • feel depressed, anxious, or sad

  • lack motivation, feel stuck, stressed, hurt, or hopeless
